Public Lecture Event “Fake News and Political Manipulation in the Digital Age”
Project Leader Ass. Prof. Ivan Cerovac delivered a lecture titled “Fake News and Political Manipulation in the Digital Age”, held yesterday at the City Hall in Kastav as part of the University of Rijeka’s University for the Third Age program.
The event also served as an opportunity to promote the Croatian Science Foundation research project “Epistemic Democracy in the Digital Age” (HRZZ-IP-2024-05-4113), which examines how digital technologies affect the epistemic and moral dimensions of democratic decision-making.
